• TaniTokou — a B2B agricultural procurement platform connecting rural micro-farmers and cottage producers directly to commercial kitchens such as cafes, hotels, and restaurants.
• Custom web and mobile application development.
• AI and automation solutions, including multimodal interfaces.
• Data management, analytics, and warehousing services.
• Digital product design and SaaS platform development.
• Hardware and software provisioning and support.
• Any other technology services we may develop, build, or offer from time to time.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or RM100, whichever is greater.

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, including but not limited to WhatsApp (for OTP verification) and Web3Forms (for contact form submissions). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
