To request the deletion of your TaniTokou account and all associated data, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Please include the phone number or email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity. Our team will process your request and permanently delete your data within 7 business days.

What happens when you request deletion?

  • Your account will be permanently deactivated.
  • All personal data associated with your account — including your name, phone number, email address, and transaction history — will be permanently deleted from our systems.
  • We will send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
  • Please note that some anonymized or aggregated data (which cannot be linked back to you) may be retained for analytical purposes, as permitted by applicable law.
